Terms & Conditions — Katie Taylor Croke Park Ticket Ballot
1. Promoter
This promotion is run by Ten Percent Club ("the Promoter").
2. How to Enter
Every order placed with a delivery or billing address in Ireland during the Promotion Period will be automatically entered into a ballot for the chance to win 2 (two) tickets to see Katie Taylor at Croke Park on 5th September 2026. No additional action is required — entry is automatic upon completion of a qualifying order. One entry per qualifying order.
3. Free Entry Route
No purchase is necessary to enter. Entrants may obtain a free entry by emailing [insert email address] with their full name and address, stating "Katie Taylor Ticket Ballot Free Entry," during the Promotion Period. Free entries will be given equal weighting to purchase-based entries in the draw.
(This route is included to keep the promotion compliant as a prize draw rather than an unlawful lottery under Irish law — see note at the end.)
4. Promotion Period
Entries open [insert start date] and close [insert closing date, ideally at least a few days before the draw]. Orders placed outside this window will not be eligible.
5. Eligibility
Open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over.
Employees, agents, or family members of the Promoter or its partners are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per person will be counted, regardless of the number of qualifying orders placed.
6. The Prize
2 (two) tickets to the Katie Taylor fight at Croke Park, Dublin, on 5th September 2026. The prize does not include travel, accommodation, food, drink, or any other associated costs unless explicitly stated. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control require this (including event postponement or cancellation).
7. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries (purchase and free entries combined) on [insert draw date] and notified by email and/or phone using the contact details provided at the time of order or free entry.
8. Winner Notification & Claim
The winner will be contacted within 3 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 2days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.
9. Data Protection
Personal data collected for the purposes of this promotion will be used only to administer the ballot and contact the winner, in accordance with Ten Percent Club's Privacy Policy [insert link]. Data will not be used for marketing purposes without separate consent.
10. General
The Promoter's decision is final in all matters relating to this promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice, in cases beyond its reasonable control.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Croke Park, the GAA, or Matchroom Boxing beyond the Promoter's official sponsorship arrangement for the event.
